As published inthe Daily Journal, The Recorder and the OC Metro, Hodes Milman has announced that attorney Kevin Liebeck has been promoted to name partner, effective January 1, 2012. To accompany his promotion, the firm will change its name from Hodes Milman, LLP to Hodes Milman Liebeck, LLP. Jeff Milman was quoted in the New York Times and Law 360 commenting on the April recall announcement made by the FDA stemming from the defects in a radiation therapy shield manufactured by Xoft, Inc. The Xoft Axxent Flexishield Mini is a shielding accessory that is intended to allow patients to avoid traditional post-lumpectomy radiation treatments, however has been found to shed tungsten, a heavy metal compound. Court Grants Coordination Petition in 24 California Pain Pump Trials
