Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from California State University, Long Beach in 2004, where she also acquired a minor in Spanish. She graduated from Chapman University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate and obtained her certificate in environmental law, land use and real estate transaction, advocacy and alternative dispute resolution, as well as constitutional jurisprudence
